CANCELLATION REQUESTS
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any Subscription(s):
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any Subscription placed by them in future.
USER REFUND
A User can opt for availing the Services for payment of a non-refundable amount. The payment made by the User is non-refundable once the User has registered for the Services.
The Payments made by the Users using the Platform are also refundable under the following circumstances:
The Company will not be able to refund any third-party payment gateway charges incurred at the time of payment. Further, the Company may deduct any transaction fee incurred for reversing the transaction.
